This is highly unlikely. We use an all-vegetable dye that minimizes irritation. However, 24-48 hours before the application, we recommend perform a spot test before your first application, to make sure you are not allergic to the colorant, if it is first time.

Yes, after your lashes are colored, you should avoid getting them wet for at least 24 hours. This ensures that the dye dries completely.
